Invoices of all expenses are required in order to receive your reimbursement. Please attach all invoices to your report. If you are having issues attaching your invoices, you may email them directly to nathan@albertaagsocieties.ca.
Two officers of your organization must sign this. If you are unable to obtain the e-signature of two officers, you may upload a scanned copy of the signature of either one or both officers at the bottom of this page. A signature template can be downloaded by clicking here.
