QUALIFICATIONS: Food and Safety Course
Plan menus and set prices
Order groceries locally
Pick up groceries
Prepare meal and buffet tables
Organize extra help as needed
Reorder supplies as needed
All food must be properly stored
Clean up, wash stoves and ovens, remove garbage and
sanitize kitchen to be ready for next event
Paid per event per hour

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development the Specialist, Event Development enhances LDE’s brand and guest experience as the frontline champion for clients and guests to LDE signature events.
A Specialist, Event Development is the master planner, creator, designer, project manager, customer service agent and client’s primary point-of-contact. They are responsible for the creation of our Signature Events from concept, development and execution. There is no such thing as a small event and each needs to feel like the most important that we host.
The Specialist, Event Development is a creative minded, outside-the-box thinker who excels at customer service. A team player who understands that it takes the entire team to execute a successful event. Position Description :
The Executive Chef’s main responsibility is for the overall operation of the culinary
department in the WLS Stockade Kitchen. This leadership position works effectively
within the team environment towards the goals of operational execution, customer
service and employee satisfaction.
The Executive Chef will maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities include total food production systems, including purchasing, menu
developing, execution of events.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for small and large functions including business
luncheons, banquets, galas and more.
Also responsible for hiring, training and development of culinary staff.
