Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede

The General Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors. The General Manager holds the key leadership position within Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede and provides long term strategic direction and oversight to all areas of operations for the organization; ensuring the directions and policies of the Board of Directors are accomplished on both a short-term and long term planning horizon. The General Manager must work cohesively with the Board of Directors and a dedicated staff and volunteers to create an environment that allows the organization to identify, capture and maximize business opportunities, and fulfil the overall community mandate for the Association as set forth by the Board of Directors.
