GENERAL MANAGER

LLOYDMINSTER AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION ASSOCIATION

The LLOYDMINSTER AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION ASSOCIATION (LAEA) is recruiting a highly motivated goal orientated individual for the position of GENERAL MANAGER. The LAEA, formed in 1921, is a volunteer driven organization that focusses on community. The LAEA is an integral part of Lloydminster with a mission to enhance both the agriculture and urban communities, by providing facilities and resources for the development and conducting of business, social and recreation activities throughout the year.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager will be the face and visionary leader of the LAEA responsible for: Budget Development, Revenue Streams, Planning & Strategizing, and administrative staff management The General Manager will be community minded providing leadership and collaboration with the board of directors, management team, staff, volunteers and sponsors. The successful individual will have 5 – 10 years of management experience with business administration or related education as an asset. LAEA offers a competitive salary and benefits. OPERATIONS MANAGER

LLOYDMINSTER AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION ASSOCIATION

The LLOYDMINSTER AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION ASSOCIATION (LAEA) is recruiting a highly motivated energetic individual for the position of OPERATIONS MANAGER. The LAEA, formed in 1921, is a volunteer driven organization that focusses on community. The LAEA is an integral part of Lloydminster with a mission to enhance both the agriculture and urban communities, by providing facilities and resources for the development and conducting of business, social and recreation activities throughout the year. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be involved in coordinating with managers day-to-day tasks of LAEA facilities layout and execution, maintenance and services, and facilities staff management. The Operations Manager will be action orientated providing leadership and collaboration with staff and volunteers. The successful individual will have 5 – 10 years of facilities management and/or foreman experience. LAEA offers a competitive salary and benefits.
