WHAT IS IT ?
The event will be an opportunity to identify, explore and strategize about the barriers to
rural growth in Alberta. It will be a melting pot of research, expertise, and experience to
create innovations that will be a catalyst for collaboration in generating vibrancy across
rural Alberta’s communities.
WHO WILL BE THERE?
Dedicated stakeholders and influencers in rural community success will be invited to
participate. These will include but are not limited to: Ag Societies, Tourism
Organizations, Municipalities, Chambers of Commerce, Rural Development Officers,
Government of Alberta, Universities and Colleges, Indigenous Leaders, School Boards,
etc.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO GO ?
Real change is a collaborative process. If we truly want to see Alberta’s rural
communities thrive and grow, we all have a role to play. A coordinated effort, across
sectors, will positively impact every stakeholder who comes to the table. And in turn,
build an even more amazing Alberta.
