With the recent gathering restrictions put in place by the Alberta Government, we realize it may be a challenge to host your upcoming meetings in person. In an effort to help make the process easier, AAAS would like to offer your organization meeting support.
Included in our Virtual Meeting Package is:
Your Agricultural Society meeting information listed on the AAAS website under the events calendar. The link can also be shared to be posted on your organization’s website.
A meeting registration page through our Eventbrite account. A summary of the persons registered for the meeting will be sent to the primary contact person in advance of the meeting for review and approval.
Zoom Meeting Setup: A Zoom link for the meeting. The meeting will have a hosting capacity of up to 100 persons. There will be the ability to share the presenters screen for presentations, the audience will be able to ask questions through various means. Polls can be conducted if required (information for the poll would need to be received by the AAAS office at minimum of three days prior to the meeting).
Zoom Meeting Support: Meeting support will be provided by a member of the AAAS team, including monitoring the waiting room, chat activity and the raise a hand function, for a maximum of 2 hours.
Meeting can be recorded if desired. (If the meeting is being recorded an announcement would need to be made at the start of the meeting to make all participates aware).
Event marketing material: AAAS can provide an event marketing graphics if required.
