The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager with the intent of transitioning into the General Manager’s position.

The Assistant General Manager holds a leadership position within the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede to assist with providing long term strategic direction and oversight to all areas of operations for the organization. The individual must work cohesively with the General Manager, dedicated staff and volunteers to ensure the directions and policies of the Board of Directors are accomplished on both a short term and long term planning horizon.
