Berwyn Agricultural Society

The Berwyn Agricultural Society is a community of farmers, growers, and agricultural enthusiasts dedicated to promoting agriculture throughout the Peace Region. We support local agricultural events, families, and initiatives.

We host the Berwyn Farmers’ Markets and the Cash & Cans Barrel Event, as well as workshops and social gatherings for our communities — including monthly bring-your-own craft nights, gardening and homesteading skill workshops, and mental health initiatives. We are also exploring partnerships with other agricultural societies and organizations to bring additional learning opportunities to our area.

We are proud to award annual bursaries to post-secondary students pursuing studies in agriculture-related fields and to support local organizations through event sponsorships.

We also maintain the Berwyn Ag Hall, which is available for rent to members and the public at very accessible rates. Our members are active contributors to community life, taking supportive roles in many local events as proud Ag Society members who understand the importance of connection and community.
