The AAAS tradeshow is an opportunity for companies to share their products & services with AG Societies across Alberta. Over 500 people from all over Alberta attend our convention and tradeshow.

One of our Marquee events of our conference is our Tradeshow that will be taking place at the River Cree Resort and Casino February 1 & 2, 2024. Join us at the annual tradeshow and talk business with entertainment booking agencies, fair industry supply companies and industry support associations.

AAAS 77th Conference Trade Show River Cree Resort & Casino - Edmonton

Thursday February 1, 2024 - Set-Up 1 to 4 pm.       Show Runs at 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday February 2, 2024 -   Show Runs at 9 a.m.to Noon        Take Down - Noon to 1 p.m.

10 x 10 Booth Cost:
AAAS Service Member - $500
Non Service Member - $650
** Save $150  by becoming an AAAS Service Member for $300 **

Exhibitors will be provided with:

  • Maximum of 4 Transferable Booth Badges - Company Name on the Badge only.
  • 10' wide curtained booth
  • 110 power
  • 1 cloth & skirted table and 2 chairs per 10 x 10 booth.
  • Booth Carpet is not supplied.
  • The Show Event Supplier is GES - for any additional - carpet, furniture, etc. Information will be supplied after your booth is confirmed.
