Ardrossan Recreation & Agricultural Society

The Ardrossan Recreation & Agricultural Society (ARAS) is a community-based organization that supports recreational, agricultural, and cultural activities in the Ardrossan area of Strathcona County. Operated by local volunteers, ARAS manages the Ardrossan Memorial Hall and hosts community events, such as the Annual ARAS Parade and summer farmers’ market, and maintains the ARAS Community Growing Patch which encourages participation in growing food. Through its partnerships and volunteer-driven projects, ARAS continues to promote recreation, agriculture, and community connection in the region.
