Gleichen & District Agricultural Society

The Gleichen Agricultural Society is a community-focused organization dedicated to supporting agriculture, rural traditions, and recreational opportunities in Gleichen and the surrounding area. With a strong commitment to preserving our agricultural heritage and promoting community involvement, the Society organizes events and provides spaces that bring people together.

Our facility includes a multi-use indoor arena that hosts hockey, figure skating, and public skating, as well as a dedicated curling rink for leagues and community events. Outdoors, we offer a riding arena that serves as the home of our annual Gunners Bronc Battle, and is available for public use throughout the season. Additionally, we provide meeting rooms suitable for gatherings, workshops, and local organizations.

Through year-round programming, facility rentals, and signature events, the Gleichen Agricultural Society continues to be a hub for community connection, recreation, and rural pride.
