Wildwood Fair
The Wildwood & District Agricultural Society is back this summer on August 19/2022 to rock the Fair grounds with lots of activities and music.
Everybody is welcome to bring their crafts, flowers, pictures and art, vegetables, and fruits as well as baked and canned goods and arrangements to the bench competition.
The parade will start @ 11 AM going through town to the grounds, the outside activities and entertainment will start at noon.
Visit the exhibits and judging of the sheep, goats, rabbits, chicken, ducks, and geese; the horse show, which will consist of games and barrel races, takes place in the arena.
We are challenging all the horse owners to bring their mounts to the fair to participate as long as your horse is safe to be around, make it a family event.
We offer other fun activities like pony rides, bouncy house, a face painter, kids games organized by the Yellowhead County, the climbing wall is back, so is the wheel of fortune and the chicken bingo as well as The Singing Sawyer and Friends, Jill Ulmer oversees the Basketball Tournament, and the Forest Rangers will be here as well with a booth and crafts for kids.
The bench competition will open its doors to the public at 1pm, check out who won and admire the pieces that were entered.
